How do I book a transfer?

Is the service private or shared?

Always private. The vehicle and driver are exclusively for you and your group, with no stops or additional passengers. The standard van accommodates 1 to 6 passengers.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We monitor your flight in real time and automatically adjust the pickup time. We include a complimentary 60-minute waiting period after landing, providing ample time for immigration, baggage handling, and customs.

Where can I find my driver?

Your driver will be waiting for you outside the terminal, after customs, holding a sign with your name. We sent you their name and phone number before your arrival so you can coordinate directly via WhatsApp. If you can't find them when you leave, call us at +1 (829) 916-5383 and we'll connect you with them immediately.

Can I cancel or modify my reservation?

Yes. You can cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before the service. For changes to the schedule, flight, or destination, please contact us via WhatsApp and we'll make the adjustment.

How much baggage can I take?

We don't have a fixed limit per passenger: luggage is determined by the capacity of the assigned vehicle. If you're traveling with bulky luggage (surfboards, golf clubs, wheelchair), please let us know when booking and we'll assign you the appropriate vehicle.

Do you offer child seats?

Yes, at no extra cost. Just request it when you book, indicating the child's age, and we'll have it ready for your transfer.

What payment methods do you accept?

Online payments are processed through PayPal Checkout: you can pay with your PayPal account or by credit or debit card, no account required. We also accept cash. The rate is fixed: the price you see when booking is the final price, with no hidden fees or surprises upon arrival.

Is the company regulated?

Yes. GO TRANSFER DR operates with authorization and regulation from INTRANT and MITUR. All transfers include passenger insurance, and the drivers are bilingual professionals.
