Payment by credit and/or debit card

Online payments are processed with PayPal CheckoutPayPal's payment gateway. You can pay with your PayPal account or directly with a credit or debit card, without needing to create an account. Online payments through PayPal are processed in US dollars (US$).

Can I pay in Dominican pesos?

Yes. If you prefer to pay in Dominican pesos (RD$1, TP$4) with a local card, we'll send you a payment link via WhatsApp or email so you can complete the transaction with your card. Let us know when you book and we'll send it to you.

What type of cards do they accept?

Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit and debit cards are accepted, both through PayPal (in US$) and via local payment link (in RD$). You can also pay with your PayPal balance.

What are some reasons why my card might be declined?

Your card may be declined for one of the following reasons:

  • The card has expired. Please check that it has not exceeded its expiration date.
  • Your card limit has been reached. Please check with your bank that you haven't exceeded the allowed purchase amount or the limit for international transactions.
  • Some of the information entered is incorrect. Please check that you have filled in all required fields correctly.
  • Your bank hasn't enabled online or international purchases. This is the most common issue with local cards and can be resolved by calling your bank to request authorization.
  • The fraud prevention system rejected the transaction. In that case, a temporary hold may appear on your card for the purchase amount; this is not a charge, and your bank will automatically release it within a few days.

Is it safe to use my card online?

Yes. Payment is completed within PayPal's secure environment, with information encrypted using SSL. GO TRANSFER DR does not see, process, or store your card details at any time. The local payment link works the same way: the details are entered directly on the processing bank's platform.

Payment confirmation

Your transfer is only confirmed once we receive payment confirmation. You will receive your booking confirmation and service details via email.
