Cancellation policies

Transfers and transportation services:

  • Refund of 100% of the purchase price when the cancellation is made more than 12 hours before the scheduled service/activity.
  • A 100% charge will apply to any cancellation made less than 12 hours in advance of the scheduled service/activity. The same 100% cancellation fee will apply to "no shows".
  • If a transfer is marked "non-refundable", then it will not be eligible for a refund.

Any cancellation made less than 12 hours in advance of the scheduled service/activity will be considered a medical exception if supported by a medical note from a qualified physician explaining a valid medical condition for which the client cannot receive the activity/service reserved(s).

Excursions and activities:

  • A 100% cancellation fee will apply for any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the start time of the service/activity. The same 100% cancellation fee will apply to "no shows".

Changes

Any change of day/time of the reserved services made on the same day will be subject to the following conditions:
