We operate with authorization from the INTRANT (National Institute of Transit and Land Transportation) and the Ministry of Tourism (MITUR), and we comply with all national regulations governing tourist transportation.
Why does it matter to travel with a regulated company
Informal transportation is rampant at the Punta Cana and Santo Domingo airports: vehicles without tourist transport permits, unlicensed drivers, and fares that change upon arrival. Hiring an authorized company makes three concrete changes for the passenger:
- The vehicle has a valid permit. It's authorized to carry tourists — not a private individual running unlicensed rides.
- The price is finalized before the trip. It won't be renegotiated on the road or when you get out of the vehicle.
- There is a responsible company behind it, with an address, an invoice, and someone to contact if something goes wrong.
How we work
Each transfer is private: the vehicle is exclusively for your group, with no stops or additional passengers. We monitor flight numbers to adjust the pickup time if there are delays, and we include 60-minute wait at the airport at no extra charge. The fare is agreed upon when booking, with a fixed price per journey, not per passenger.
We accept online payments with PayPal Checkout —PayPal account or credit and debit card— and local payment link in Dominican pesos for those who prefer to pay with a card issued in the country.
