Cancellation policies
Transfers and transportation services:
- Refund of 100% of the purchase price when the cancellation is made more than 12 hours before the scheduled service/activity.
- Se aplicará un cargo del 100% a cualquier cancelación realizada con menos de 12 horas de anticipación al servicio/actividad programada. Se aplicará la misma tarifa de cancelación del 100 % a los “no shows”.
- Si una transferencia está marcada como “no reembolsable”, entonces no será elegible para un reembolso.
Any cancellation made less than 12 hours in advance of the scheduled service/activity will be considered a medical exception if supported by a medical note from a qualified physician explaining a valid medical condition for which the client cannot receive the activity/service reserved(s).
Excursions and activities:

Changes
Any change of day/time of the reserved services made on the same day will be subject to the following conditions:
